We first fell in love with Newfoundlands when we were lucky enough to have a puppy in 2000. Soon after we became interested in showing and we were fortunate to own the current bitch CC record holder, Ch. Sheridel Nerissa of Alphabear JW ShCM, to us though she was just Gracie, our adored family pet.
Gracie also went on to have one litter of puppies, many were successful in the show ring with several becoming Champions and KC Stud Book number holders and others became successful working dogs, excelling at water and draught work.
We breed very infrequently and only when we are ready for a dog ourselves, so three to four years between litters is not unusual. Our puppies are only bred from thoroughly health tested parents and we give equal attention to sound temperaments which we consider essential.
Whether we have a litter planned or not, we are always happy to talk with prospective puppy owners. We see too many new owners arriving in the breed without having carried out any research and we hope to do all we can so that new owners fully understand the breed and what to look for.

We have a litter due in early November 2017.
