At Shinglebay, I do not breed often. Our dogs primarily are our pets, and part of the family. Puppies are raised entirely in the home with the aim of them being brought up well adjusted to the hustle and bustle of family life and ready to slot easily into their new homes. I give our puppies and their new homes a lifetimes support and take great pride in watching them grow, hearing their news and receiving photos. Health and temperament are the most important factors in any breeding I do.
My main interest is in the show ring but some of our puppies have made their mark in water and draught work and I am immensely proud of all of them.
We are in Devon and always happy to show off our girls or talk "Newf" on the phone. We support local events and often have 'the girls' out at carnival time and Christmas with their cart - they can draw quite a crowd.
My next litter is planned for summer 2017.
